School has been out since Thursday

My last day of school was Thursday and I think that it's funny to say that I am more on a schedule now than I was when I was working. Crazy huh? When I was part time in the afternoon- I was able to sleep in pretty much and didn't have to "get ready" for the day. The earliest that I had to be out of the house was at 8:25, but the boys could have stayed in the pjs and not have been fed yet since I was coming straight home. This past week I have had to get Madison to one of her programs by 8:00 which includes me getting out of the car with her and the boys and bringing her in. I have actually been up and out of bed by 7:00 which is pretty good for me. Next week, I will be leading Madison's Vacation Bible School which means I will have to have ALL of us out of the house- fed and dressed- by 8:15. You know what is also funny- I am actually going to bed EARLIER now than I was when I was working! Crazy! I feel good and even though I am busy- I am thoroughly enjoying the time with my kids.

As for the job- still waiting I guess, not really thinking about it. I guess we will see what happens- if anything. I still have 2 jobs to pick from and I am actually thinking about going part time for 1 more year- we'll have to see. Maybe another reading improvement position will come along! HAHAHAHA!

Since my summer has began- YIPPEE! I've actually been pretty busy. Shocking to anyone? This is what I have done:

• FINALLY bought my flowers for my house AND have planted them
  
• Tried on all my summer clothes and have given things to good will
  
• Cleaned the house from top to bottom and organized some items
  
• worked out once and went swimming- the boys LOVED the water, but they are a little difficult to watch right now as they LOVE running away from me in different directions -still need to work out a little more since I am in a wedding in early August!
  
• helped my mom with organizing and cleaning her home 3 days in a row
  
• shopped a little
  
• had our 7 year anniversary where we indulged in Oberweis shakes- very romantic!
  
• Spent a few hours at our cabin with Archie's parents and had some time on the boat- will send some fun pics later
  
• gone to bed early- good night!

Still waiting

Now I have heard about a few people that have interviewed for the same reading improvement job and they found out that they did not get it. I am still hoping that no news is good news for me. Please pray for me for patience and WISDOM since I will probably need to decide if I am going to be taking a jobshare position at a whole new school before I find out about this reading improvement position. I REALLY want this reading improvement position and don't want to "bug" the principal who interviewed me, but I think I may end up trying to email her by Thursday since Thursday is our last day of school and that is the day that they wanted me to inform them about this jobshare position. Oh well, I am still trusting that God truly knows what is best for me. . . just like how he gave Archie and I our twin boys! We did not think that that was the best plan for us and boy were we nervous- but all has been wonderful! God is truly good!

So, what do you all think- any suggestions?
